GME’s TX685 is a rugged, 3 watt, Australian designed radio with a die cast chassis and is rated water proof and dust proof. It has a powerful Li-Ion battery pack (rated at 2000mAh), intelligent battery management and can operate for a minimum of 24 hours on low power or 15 hours on high power.

This compact radio has a super sensitive receiver with input filtering and an extensive list of innovative features in scanning, memory, signal processing and privacy, providing consistent reliable communications even in extreme conditions.
