I work in traffic management and have been been using the Icom IC41 Pro for about 12 months now.
I have found this unit to be the best of many i have tried in regards to feedback from large machinery when paired to a good quality speaker microphone.
Battery life has also been very good lasting over 2 12hr shifts on many occasions.
I have had to use it in the rain on numerous occasions with no issue.
I thoroughly recommend this unit to anybody seeking a serious handheld uhf radio.
